JEWELRY CARE
All Arianna Fabiano Jewels are made of brass and then finished with gold or palladium plating layers to give shine, protection and resistance to the piece. However, any plated jewel is by nature destined to lose its original color over the years.
By following some simple tips you can preserve the beauty of your jewel as long as possible.
CLEANING
Avoid using soaps, detergents or other chemicals to clean the jewel. You can wash your piece using only warm water by lightly rubbing with your fingers and gently drying with a soft cloth. Do not use sponges of any kind or the bristles of the toothbrush, you could scratch your jewel.
STORAGE
Protect your jewelry from scratches and dust or any other type of damage by keeping them in their original canvas bag. Look for a dry place to store your jewelry. Avoid keeping them in too humid environments.
Do not expose your jewelry to any heat source (radiators, stoves, chimneys) or even to prolonged direct contact with the heat of the sun.
AVOID
Avoid substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics. Exposure to chemicals can damage or discolor the metal surface.
Avoid wearing your jewelry when exercising, showering, swimming in the pool or at the beach. You always take your jewelry off before you go to sleep.
