As part of the formalities required to send a purchase order, the Customer declares that he has read the formalities and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale. Each piece in this category is handcrafted and assembled by Italian artisans, not mass-produced. As a result, they may feature slight imperfections, which should be seen not as flaws but as distinctive details that enhance the value and individuality of every creation.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All our prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price. Prices of all products are subject to change. It is recalled that consignments destined outside Europe are entitled to import taxes and excise duties, in accordance with the legislation of the country of delivery. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by the local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are in no way responsible for these expenses. Since duties and taxes vary from country and from what was ordered, we are not able to provide an estimated cost. We advise you to contact your customs office for more information.
PAYMENTS
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple e Google Pay, which is the most secure online payment gateway. By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the Paypal account or the credit/debit card that is used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
ORDERS
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following times: 9.00-17.00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the order.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. In case of dissatisfaction, please contact jewelry@ariannafabiano.com.
